We stand behind RevCore completely. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of your order date, we will refund your full purchase price — no questions asked.
We offer this guarantee because we are confident in what RevCore does. In three years of recommending this device, our return rate is less than one percent. But we understand that trust has to be earned, and the guarantee removes any risk from your decision.
How To Request A Return
To initiate a return within the 60-day window, contact our support team at:

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. We will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
You do not need to explain why you are returning. You do not need to fill out a form. A single email with your order number is all we need to start the process.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it has arrived, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. This processing time is controlled by your financial institution and is outside our control once the refund has been issued on our end.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund under our 60-day guarantee, the returned item should meet the following conditions:
The device should be returned in its original packaging where possible. The device should not have been physically damaged, modified, or tampered with beyond normal use. The return should be initiated within 60 days of your original order date, not the delivery date.
If your device arrived damaged or defective, you do not need to return it to receive a replacement or refund. Contact us with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your RevCore device arrives damaged, stops functioning within the guarantee period, or does not work as described for your qualifying GM vehicle, contact us immediately at help@tryrevcore.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund within 24 hours of your contact. We do not require you to ship a defective unit back before issuing the replacement.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us at help@tryrevcore.store with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item immediately with expedited shipping at no cost to you and provide a prepaid label for the return of the incorrect item.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as quickly as possible at help@tryrevcore.store with your order number. We process and ship orders quickly — often within 24 hours of placement. If your order has not yet shipped we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, please allow it to arrive and then initiate a standard return through our 60-day guarantee process.
